If license file(s) haven’t been issued already, or if licenses need to be re-issued due to changes in the environment, then please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also include the following information to expedite the process:
- server (primary) IP address
- purchase order #
- list of Integrations (PIMs and Data Source adapters) if any
- type of license, e.g. production, lab, failover
